We have 20 years experience of rearing free range bronze turkeys on our family farm and our turkeys have an excellent reputation for being a great centrepiece for a fantastic Christmas.
Our turkeys are:
A traditional breed that grows slowly
Free range with daily access to fresh pasture and a small orchard.
Spoilt with marrows, squashes, apples (their favourite!), sunflower heads and herbs.
Processed on farm in our dedicated facilities with the upmost care and attention.
Dry plucked by hand.
Hung long legged in a chiller for 7 days to allow the birds natural flavours to mature and come through when cooked.
Supplied fresh, oven ready and wrapped in greaseproof paper with their giblets in a separate bag.
They are available for collection from Springfield farm near Canterbury.
